LuckRoll is operated by GoodAtSwift, LLC ("GoodAtSwift," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the LuckRoll mobile application and related services.

By using LuckRoll, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate LuckRoll, provide gameplay features, maintain leaderboards, manage prizes, prevent abuse, and improve the app.

Account Information

When you create or use an account, we may collect:

  • User ID or account identifier
  • Email address, including an Apple private relay email if you use Sign in with Apple
  • Username or display name
  • Profile information you choose to provide
  • Account creation date
  • Login and authentication information

Gameplay Information

When you play LuckRoll, we may collect and store gameplay activity, including:

  • Games played
  • Turns used
  • Win/loss results
  • Current streaks
  • Best streaks
  • Leaderboard entries
  • Weekly contest results
  • Timestamps of gameplay activity
  • Prize eligibility and winner history

Prize Information

If you win a prize, we may collect additional information needed to verify eligibility and deliver the prize, such as:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Prize delivery information
  • Eligibility confirmations
  • Any information required for tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance

We do not collect this additional prize information from every user. We collect it only when needed to verify and fulfill a prize.

Purchase Information

LuckRoll may offer in-app purchases, such as username changes or other optional app features. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card number or full payment credentials.

We may receive and store limited purchase-related information needed to confirm the purchase and provide the purchased feature, such as:

  • Purchase status
  • Product purchased
  • Transaction identifier
  • Purchase date

Device, App, and Diagnostic Information

We may collect technical information used to operate, secure, and improve the app, including:

  • Device type
  • Operating system version
  • App version
  • Crash reports
  • Performance data
  • Error logs
  • Security and abuse-prevention signals

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage user accounts

  • Provide LuckRoll gameplay

3. Leaderboards and Public Information

LuckRoll includes competitive leaderboards. Your username, display name, streaks, ranking, game results, and winner status may be visible to other users.

Do not use a username or display name that includes private personal information if you do not want that information to be visible publicly.

4. In-App Purchases

LuckRoll may offer optional in-app purchases. In-app purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store.

Purchases do not increase your odds of winning a prize, do not provide extra prize-eligible turns, and do not create paid entry into prize competitions unless otherwise clearly disclosed and legally permitted.

For the current version of LuckRoll, in-app purchases may include features such as changing your username.

5. Prizes and Promotions

LuckRoll may offer weekly prizes or promotional rewards. Prize eligibility, winner selection, and prize delivery are governed by LuckRoll's Official Rules, which may be provided separately in the app.

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or involved in LuckRoll contests, prizes, or promotions.

We may collect and use additional information from winners as needed to verify eligibility, prevent fraud, comply with applicable laws, and deliver prizes.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers to operate and improve LuckRoll. These providers may process information on our behalf.

Examples may include:

  • Firebase Authentication for account sign-in
  • Firebase Firestore or related Firebase services for app data storage
  • Firebase Cloud Functions for server-side gameplay logic
  • Firebase App Check or similar services for abuse prevention
  • Firebase Crashlytics or similar services for crash reporting and diagnostics
  • Apple App Store services for in-app purchases

These third-party services may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information in the following limited situations:

Service Providers

We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate LuckRoll, such as hosting, authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting, fraud prevention, and payment-related services.

Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request
  • Enforce our terms, rules, or policies
  • Investigate cheating, fraud, abuse, or security issues
  • Protect the rights, safety, and property of GoodAtSwift, users, or others

Business Transfers

If GoodAtSwift is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Public Leaderboard Information

Certain gameplay information, such as usernames, rankings, streaks, and winner history, may be visible to other users as part of the app experience.

8. Tracking and Advertising

LuckRoll does not currently use third-party advertising networks or collect information for cross-app tracking.

If we add advertising or tracking technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and any required App Store privacy disclosures.

9. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide LuckRoll, maintain leaderboards and winner history, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our rules.

Some gameplay, leaderboard, prize, transaction, and audit records may be retained even after account deletion if needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, security, or prize verification.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of certain personal information.

You may contact us to request:

  • Access to your account information
  • Correction of inaccurate information
  • Deletion of your account
  • Deletion of certain personal information
  • Answers to questions about our privacy practices

Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law, including records related to prizes, purchases, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.

11. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your LuckRoll account by contacting us at the email address below or by using any account deletion option provided in the app.

When your account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify personal information where reasonably possible, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, prize, and accounting requirements.

12. Children's Privacy

LuckRoll is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Users must meet any age and eligibility requirements described in LuckRoll's Official Rules to participate in prize promotions.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. International Users

LuckRoll is operated from the United States. If you access LuckRoll from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the Effective Date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice, such as through the app or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of LuckRoll after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
