These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LuckRoll mobile application and related services ("LuckRoll" or "the App") provided by GoodAtSwift, LLC ("GoodAtSwift," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using LuckRoll, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to create an account and participate in prize competitions. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use the App in a non-prize capacity only, with parental consent. LuckRoll is not available to or intended for children under 13.
By using the App, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirements and that your use of LuckRoll is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You may be required to create an account to use certain features of LuckRoll. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not create accounts using false information, create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, or transfer your account to another person.
LuckRoll is a free-to-play luck-competition app. Users compete in pure-chance games (currently Coin Toss, Rock-Paper-Scissors, and Hi-Lo) to build the longest win streak. Weekly leaderboards track the best streak in each game. The top three streaks in each game each week win cash prizes, subject to the Official Rules.
All gameplay results are determined server-side. You acknowledge that results are random and cannot be influenced by client-side actions.
Each registered user receives a set number of free lives per day, per game, as specified in the App (currently 10). Lives reset daily. The number of free daily lives may be adjusted by GoodAtSwift at any time with reasonable notice.
LuckRoll may offer optional in-app purchases for cosmetic or convenience features. All purchases are processed through the applicable app store (Apple's App Store or Google Play). No purchase will ever provide an advantage in prize competitions, increase prize-eligible turns, or affect a player's odds of winning. All purchases are final, subject to the applicable app store's refund policies. Clovers and emblems are free, earn-only virtual items with no monetary value; they cannot be purchased with or exchanged for real money, and they never affect prize odds or eligibility.
Weekly prizes are subject to the Official Contest Rules, which are incorporated by reference. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. GoodAtSwift, LLC is the sole sponsor. Neither Apple Inc. nor Google LLC is a sponsor of or affiliated with any LuckRoll prize contest.
GoodAtSwift reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend prize contests at any time, including in response to legal requirements, technical issues, or fraud.

Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of prizes, and/or legal action.
LuckRoll and all content, features, and functionality within it — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by GoodAtSwift, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
If you submit any content to LuckRoll (such as a display name or profile information), you grant GoodAtSwift a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the App. You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit.
Your use of LuckRoll is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
LuckRoll is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GoodAtSwift does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoodAtSwift, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use LuckRoll, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. GoodAtSwift's total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $50 or the amounts you paid to GoodAtSwift in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoodAtSwift, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GoodAtSwift, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of LuckRoll after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
GoodAtSwift may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
